Before joining ArtisTree, Johnny managed teams in the successful completion of landscape enhancement and irrigation upgrade/maintenance projects for Southwest Florida clients. Today he guides ArtisTree crews in achieving and surpassing performance goals, and loves interacting with homeowners.

How do you feel real career satisfaction? By building strong relationships not only with my
homeowners and clients, but also by developing and watching my team members grow and get
promoted.

What hidden talent do you have? I am 100% fluent in American Sign Language.
