Just had a wonderful experience with your company you should be aware of. At 8:44 this morning I e-mailed your irrigation department to advise of a leak in our system. At 9:10 your truck pulled in and the crew went to work. They found a 2-inch line had been pierced. By 9:25 the line had been repaired, the sidewalk swept, and the crew was gone. That’s 41 minutes from e-mail to job done. If that isn’t a record response time, it’s got to be close. I wanted you to be aware of the outstanding service your has provided and continue to provide.
