I really need to share the fact that we NEVER return to our home without passing to gasp at your artistry.  As a matter of fact, we always slowly circle the cul-de-sac before entering our driveway just to admire Joe Mankowski’s landscaping genius.  One more private ritual: we leave the landscaping lights on every night until about 2 a.m. and stand inside our front door and try to convince ourselves that we are not at a high-end resort with magnificent date palms, etc., but actually at our very own home. We had been so pleased with our landscape architect in New York who had done three homes for us.  You had a hard act to follow. However, we are convinced that you are exceptional and we have absolutely no regrets!
