PLEASE NOTE: If a homeowner calls and irrigation maintenance has been already been performed or is due soon, there will be a service-call fee if the system is found to be in proper working order when we arrive. If we respond and the timer is off, broken or affected by other issues not caused by our maintenance services, there could be a potential charge. Any irrigation or tree repairs made due to hurricane damage are a billable service and we will invoice the homeowner directly.
Don’t know your community code? CLICK HERE before entering your work order request. Selecting an incorrect code may result in your request not being addressed. If you’ve already entered a work order request, follow-up calls to check status aren’t necessary, as it will be addressed as soon as we are able to.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR GMAIL ACCOUNT HOLDERS: Some residents may experience issues receiving responses via their Gmail accounts when communicating with ArtisTree. Your Gmail account is likely not going to accept a reply from ArtisTree which means any replies from ArtisTree may be going to your spam folder. If you use Gmail, please go into your Gmail account and accept ArtisTree as a reliable source, or at least remember to check your spam folder from time to time.
